Sending your important documents can be stressful, but we are here to help you get them to your destination. From down the street, to across the country, we have shipping options that will best fit your deadlines.
Let us help you with a variety of courier options, including UPS® and DHL, which offer everything from overnight to ground delivery, from domestic to international worldwide. We have envelopes and boxes in various sizes, as well as custom packaging services.
Popular Document Shipping Locations:
Did you know that Government Offices have two addresses, but they go to the SAME location. If you mail with Canada Post, it’s to a PO Box, but if you ship with UPS, it’s to a street address. We have sent thousands of shipments to these addresses, and can be found on the Government websites if you are ever in doubt or worried.

Prepaid Envelope Available
Do you need a return envelope to include with your shipment or hand over to a Consulate to return your documents? We can create a shipping label, included with an an envelope.
Two options with Prepaid Envelopes:
- Create a shipping label and envelope that you handover to the Consulate.
- Ship your documents to the destination, with a Prepaid smaller envelope inside.
Track your Shipment Every Step of the Way
Every shipment comes with a Tracking Number that provides the status with Date, Location, and Activity. Email notification is available, so you get notified as soon as it’s delivered.
We have an Envelope for you!
Whether you are shipping one piece of paper, or a stack of documents, we have complimentary envelopes for you. Our envelopes are made for shipping and are provided to you when you come in-store. We also offer Packaging Services; if your documents do not fit in the envelope, or require more space, we have boxes for purchase

Get a Signature – Additional fee applies
See who signed for your shipment with the Guaranteed Signature. This is an additional option when shipping, and provides you information to see who received your shipment.
If you are shipping to a Home or Residential Address, with a Signature, your shipment will not be left at the door.
