““The newly opened store is a welcoming site to the neighborhood. My visit to the store was a remarkable experience from the moment I entered the store. I was greeted with a big smile by the lady working there and she made sure that all my mailing concerns were answered and taken care of. I never knew UPS stores also had many other services for which I used to go to Staples. BTW I am writing this review because the store personnel gave me a pretty good idea when my parcel would be received, and it did. Looking forward to my next visit to the store !!!””
