This service is available Monday to Friday by appointment only. You will need to bring proper identification such as a valid driver’s license, passport, or any other government-issued ID.

This service is offered by a third party notary. The UPS Store #54 management and staff are not authorized to offer notary services directly and we do not claim any responsibility for these services.
