UPS Posts Notice on Changes to Destination Control Statements

On November 11, 2016, UPS posted on their website changes to the Destination control Statement. According to the news item, “the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) export control laws will combine their destination control statements”. This went into effect on November 15, 2016. The complete news release can be read on the UPS.com website.
