  • Do you accept Amazon returns?
    Yes, we accept returns with UPS return labels. We do not accept Purolator, FedEx, or any courier other than UPS and DHL.
  • Can you print the return label for me if I don’t have it printed?
    Absolutely! With our Printing Services, you can bring the label saved on a USB, or email it to us while you’re in-store, and we’ll print and attach it to your package.
  • Is there a fee for printing?
    Yes, we charge a File Processing Fee of $2.00 + tax for printing from a USB or email. This fee includes one black-and-white letter-sized page. Additional printing starts at $0.15 + tax per single-sided page.
  • I don’t have the original packaging. What are my options?
    For small, non-fragile items, we provide complimentary shipping bags when shipping with UPS. For larger items or those that need additional protection, we offer Packing Services at an additional cost. Our packing experts can help you choose the right box and cushioning materials.
  • I don’t have tape for my box. Can you help?
    We can tape up your box for you the first time. For future shipments, you can purchase a roll of tape in-store.
  • Amazon sent me a return label, but it’s not a UPS label. What do I do?
    If the label is not for UPS, you may need to cover the shipping costs yourself. We can provide you with shipping options at our store, and all UPS shipments include a tracking number.
  • Will I get a receipt for my drop-off?
    Yes, if you request it, we will provide a receipt for your drop-off. You can also track your shipment using the tracking number.
  • What should I do if there’s an old shipping label on the package?
    If your box has an old shipping label, make sure to remove, cover, or mark over it with a black marker so it’s no longer readable. Having multiple labels can confuse UPS and may result in the package being returned to you.
  • Can I ship multiple return items in the same box?
    No, only one shipping label can be visible per package. If you have multiple items with different labels, you’ll need to separate them. You can either purchase additional boxes from us or use our complimentary shipping bags if your items fit.
  • Can I return items from other retailers?
    Yes, as long as the return label is a UPS or DHL label. For any other courier, you will need to visit the respective drop-off locations.
  • Do you offer packaging supplies for fragile items?
    Yes, we have a variety of packaging supplies, including boxes and cushioning materials, specifically for fragile items. Our team can professionally pack your items to ensure they’re safe during transit.
  • What if I don’t have a return label at all?
    If you don’t have a return label, we can help you create one using UPS in-store services. Simply bring in your return details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Do you offer international shipping for returns?

  • Can I schedule a pickup for my return?
    Yes, if you’re unable to visit the store, we can help you arrange a UPS pickup from your location. Fees may apply depending on the pickup service.
