General Services
- Can I print documents from personal emails?
Yes, email your files to store121@theupsstore.ca or bring them on a USB. - Do you offer laminating and binding services?
Yes, we provide laminating, binding, and plaquing services. - Do you recycle items like batteries or packing peanuts?
No, we do not accept items for recycling. - Can I bring my dog into the store?
Service animals are welcome.
Package Pickup & Drop-Offs
- Can I pick up my package from your location if the tracking says it’s at UPS Ajax?
No, if your tracking shows that your package is at UPS Ajax, it is not at The UPS Store South Ajax and cannot be picked up here.
Your package will only be available for pickup at our store if the tracking indicates it is at “75 Bayly St.”
Please wait until the next business day for delivery, or contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS for additional help. - How long do you hold packages?
Rerouted UPS shipments are held for 7 days before being returned to the sender. - Is there a drop box for after-hours drop-offs?
No, packages must be dropped off during business hours.
Amazon Returns
- Do you accept Amazon returns?
Yes, we accept returns with valid UPS return labels. We do not accept labels from Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post, except for DHL. - Can you print a return label for me?
Yes, we offer label printing services. You can email the label to us or bring it on a USB. We’ll print and attach it to your item. - Is there a fee for printing a return label?
Yes, our File Processing Fee is $2.65 + tax, which includes one Sticker Label, one Commercial invoice(If needed) and a complimantary shipping bag. - What if I don’t have the original packaging?
We provide complimentary shipping bags for small, non-fragile items when shipping with UPS. For larger or fragile items, we offer packing services, including boxes and cushioning materials, for an additional fee. Let our packing experts assist you in finding the right solution. - What if I don’t have tape for my box?
For your first drop-off, we can tape your box for free. You can also purchase a roll of tape for future use. - What should I do if the return label doesn’t look like a UPS shipping label?
If Amazon’s return label isn’t a valid UPS label, you may need to cover the shipping cost yourself. We can assist you with in-store shipping options, and all UPS shipments include tracking. - Can I get a receipt for my drop-off?
Yes, we can provide a receipt upon request. Alternatively, you can record the tracking number to monitor your return online. - Should I cover the old label if I’m reusing the original box or bag?
Yes, you must remove or cover any old labels to avoid confusion. If covering, use a black marker to obscure the previous label entirely. - Can I consolidate multiple items with separate labels into one box?
No, each box must display a single visible shipping label. You can separate the items into multiple shipments or use our complimentary bags or packing services.
Passport Photos
- Do I need an appointment for passport photos?
No appointment is necessary. Visit during our business hours. - Can I get a digital version of my passport photo?
Yes, we offer printed, digital, or both (for an additional fee). - What should I wear for passport photos?
Avoid light-colored clothing (white, grey, cream). - Can I wear glasses or jewelry?
Glasses are allowed if glare-free. Jewelry is fine as long as it doesn’t obscure facial features. - Do you offer international passport and ID photos?
Yes, we provide photos for Canadian and international passports, visas, PR cards, and more.
Shipping Services
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship domestically and internationally with UPS and other courier partners. - Can you ship luggage?
Yes, we can pack and ship luggage. For cross-border shipments, a detailed contents list and proof of arrival are required. - What items have shipping restrictions?
Items like lithium batteries, hand sanitizers, or perfumes may have restrictions. Contact us for details. - Can you pack fragile or specialized items?
Yes, we pack items like framed artwork, golf clubs, and food securely for shipping.
Mailbox Rentals
- How do I rent a mailbox?
Visit us with two forms of ID (one government-issued). - What are the benefits of a mailbox rental?
A real street address for deliveries, acceptance of packages from all couriers, and secure storage.

- How can I track my package?
Use the Package Tracking Tool on theupsstore.ca. - Can I pay UPS invoices at The UPS Store?
No, invoice payments must be made directly through UPS by calling 1-800 PICK UPS. - How can I change a delivery address?
If shipped through us, contact the store. For UPS-direct shipments, call 1-800 PICK UPS.
