David Druker

President and Chief Executive Officer
David Druker was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of MBE Canada on May 1st, 2008, and continues in that role.  Previously he had acquired the Area Franchise Rights for THE UPS STORE for the Province of Quebec in 2005.  Prior to that Mr. Druker worked with Cellular Solution and Cantel (now Rogers Wireless) in the telecommunications industry for 19 years.  As Cellular Solution’s first franchisee in 1993, he eventually owned and operated multiple franchise locations in Ontario and Quebec which at its peak was a network with more than $10 million in annual sales and 110 employees.

Steve Moorman

Senior Vice-President, Franchise Operations
Steve Moorman joined MBE Canada in July 1993 as the Director of Franchise Development and Centre Operations. Prior to joining MBE Canada, Mr. Moorman held the position of Centre Operations Manager for Mail Boxes Etc. USA, Inc. (the former franchisor company). Mr. Moorman worked with Mail Boxes Etc. USA, Inc. from September 1988 to June 1993. Mr. Moorman is a former franchisee of Mail Boxes Etc. USA, Inc. having opened the second franchise location in Solana Beach, California in October 1980.

Ronald Boratto

Executive Vice-President and Corporate Counsel
Ronald Boratto is a solicitor licensed pursuant to the Laws of the Province of Ontario. He has operated as special franchise and corporate counsel to MBE Canada since June of 1996 and was appointed Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel on May 1st, 2003.  Mr. Boratto has more than 35 years’ experience as franchise counsel.

Chati Narayan

National Director, Area Operations & Franchise Sales
Chati Narayan joined MBE Canada in August 2007 as Manager of Operations and in July 2008 joined the Sales Department as Director of Franchise Development. In September 2011 Chati left the company for two years and rejoined MBE Canada in May 2013. Mr. Narayan brings over 12 years’ experience in the Franchising business to MBE Canada, along with over 30 years of customer service experience.
